01How our pricing works
We publish ranges because most organisations want to know whether a conversation is worth having before they spend an hour on it. Prices are shown as starting-from figures. Your quote is fixed once scoped, and it lists what is included, what is excluded and what would change the price.
Managed IT is priced per user per month. The lower end covers a lean package of helpdesk, monitoring, patching and a core security baseline. The upper end adds 24/7 coverage, managed detection and response, advanced email security, awareness training and compliance reporting. Where you land depends on your sector, risk profile and hours of support.
02What affects your quote
Several factors influence the final number: the number of users and devices, the number of locations, regulated data such as health or financial information, legacy systems that need extra care, the mix of operating systems and applications, and your required hours of coverage. Cloud-first environments with standard devices cost less to support than a patchwork of old servers.
Projects are scoped independently. A cloud migration, network rebuild, office move or tenant clean-up starts from $2,500 and increases with size and complexity. Because projects are fixed-price, you know the cost before work begins, and changes in scope are agreed in writing.
03Discounts, tax and terms
A 10% launch discount applies to new engagements. GST of 5% is added to all prices, or the applicable combined sales tax in provinces that use HST or PST. There is no lock-in: after onboarding, managed services run month to month, and you keep your documentation, configurations and data.
Hardware and licences are procured at agreed prices when you need them. We are not a reseller and do not push product; we simply help you buy the right equipment and track warranties and renewals.
04Comparing proposals
When you compare us with other providers, ask for the same inclusions in writing: response targets, hours of monitoring, security tools, backup and restore testing, documentation ownership and exit terms. Convert each offer to a cost per user per month including extras. A low headline price that excludes security tools or charges per ticket can end up costing more.
If you are comfortable doing so, share a competing proposal during your consultation and we will explain the differences candidly, including areas where the other offer may suit you better.
